At the courts
Busy parks often use a paddle rack or a board for open play: put your paddle in line and the next four players rotate onto the court.
Courts shared with tennis can have both sets of lines. The pickleball lines are usually in a different color.

Pickleball court questions
How do I find pickleball courts near me?
Enter your city or ZIP code in the search above. We list 3,221 parks with pickleball courts across 51 states, each with directions and what else the park offers.
Are public pickleball courts free?
Courts in city parks are usually free and first come, first served. Some cities take reservations for busy times or run paid open-play sessions at recreation centers. The parks department website has the local rules.
Can you play pickleball on a tennis court?
Yes. Many parks paint pickleball lines on tennis courts, and a pickleball court is about the size of a doubles badminton court, 20 by 44 feet. Some parks also set up portable nets on tennis courts.
Where does the list come from?
From OpenStreetMap, where volunteers and city staff map parks and what is in them. Coverage is better in some cities than others. If a park with pickleball courts is missing, use our suggestion form and we add it.
